HP100 NTC Thermistors

TDK HP100 NTC Thermistors are a series of heat pump sensors for measuring the refrigerant temperature indirectly via the pipes' surface temperature. The NTC-based sensors are specifically designed to meet automotive requirements. The standard for pipe diameters of 12.8mm, this clip-on design can operate in harsh environments from -40°C to +150°C and is water immersion resistant for up to 500 hours. The response time is less than 7s. The AEC-Q200 qualified sensors offer a high dielectric strength of 1250V AC for 10s, an important criterion for EV use. Low-temperature tolerance of ±0.3K at a nominal temperature of 85°C ensures high control accuracy.

NTC Thermistors

TDK NTC Thermistors provide voltage and noise suppression as well as temperature measurement and compensation in automotive applications. These thermistors feature multilayer NTC with inner electrodes, nickel barrier termination, and superior resistance stability during soldering. TDK NTC Thermistors offer excellent long-term aging stability in high-temperature environments.
