NAC1080 NFC Tag Side Controllers

Infineon Technologies NAC1080 NFC Tag Side Controllers is a half-bridge integrated energy-harvesting module including an NFC transceiver, an actuation interface, a microcontroller, and wired communication interfaces. This NAC1080 controller equips the cost-effective development of passive smart actuators with minimum system BOM requirements. The NAC1080 NFC actuation controller includes hardware security functions such as a 128-bit AES accelerator, secure area in-flash, and a true random generator. This NAC1080 features a memory of 16kB ROM as a bootloader, 16kB RAM, and 60kB NVM and digital I/O with SPI, I²C, and UART. The NAC1080 controller operates on both active and passive power supply modes and supports up to 250mA load current. Typical applications include devices such as passive NFC locks, emergency power supplies for battery-powered devices, and NFC interfaces for home appliances.
