ZZZ-Fischer Connectors UltiMate 80™ Ultra-Rugged Connectors
Fischer Connectors UltiMate 80™ Ultra-Rugged Connectors are compact, lightweight connectivity solutions designed for demanding environments. The connectors are available in six-contact and seven-contact configurations and support both signal and power connections with cable sizes up to 22AWG. UltiMate 80 connectors combine IP68 sealing in mated and unmated conditions, high resistance to shock and vibration, 360° EMC shielding, blind-mating capability, and durability exceeding 10,000 mating cycles. These connectors meet MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-202 requirements and offer corrosion resistance for up to 500 hours of salt mist exposure. Fischer Connectors UltiMate 80 Connectors are also available in straight or right-angle pre-cabled versions, with optional color overmolding for easy identification.
