Texas Instruments TPUL1G513/-Q1 Monostable Multivibrators

Texas Instruments TPUL1G513/-Q1 Monostable Multivibrators are fixed-width pulse generators with pin-selectable digital timing. The TPUL1G513/-Q1 feature rising-edge and falling-edge trigger inputs with an asynchronous clear input for flexible signal control. Applying another trigger while the output is active extends the active state by one additional pulse width.

The TI TPUL1G513/-Q1 Multivibrators implement preconfigured timing, eliminating the need for external resistors and capacitors. An input glitch filter rejects spurious signals, while Schmitt-trigger inputs improve signal handling, and I/O clamp diodes protect against overvoltage and undervoltage transients.

The TPUL1G513-Q1 adds AEC-Q100 qualification for automotive applications.
