Infineon Technologies BTF3050EJ Demonstration Board
Infineon Technologies BTF3050EJ Demonstration Board (BTF3050EJDEMOBOARDTOBO1) provides an evaluation platform for the BTF3050EJ HITFET™ 50mΩ Single-Channel Smart Low-Side Power Switch. The Demonstration Board features a pre-mounted BTF3050EJ device in a PG-TDSO-8-31 package. All device pins can be directly accessed for signal measurements. The BTF3050EJ Demonstration Board can be used as a stand-alone evaluation tool or combined with an Arduino UNO.
The BTF3050EJ Demonstration Board can be controlled either with a microcontroller's general logic I/O ports or with a PWM. The Demonstration Board includes a typical application circuit to control the BTF3050EJ. This Board offers a quick evaluation of the device, the
Status Latch functionality, the SRP functionality, the ENABLE functionality, the I_lim_trigger functionality, the turn-ON in Inverse Current Condition functionality, and all protection features.

- Provides continuous current load (30V, 15A) between V_OUT and GND
- Green LED indicates when the logic supply voltage is connected, and ON
- Test points for output voltage, input logic, status, and logic voltage
- Input logic and status can be monitored via the Arduino interface
