ABLIC S-19222xA Automotive Voltage Regulators
ABLIC S-19222xA Automotive Voltage Regulators are developed using high-withstand voltage CMOS process technology. These regulators include a built-in low-on-resistance output transistor, which provides a very small dropout voltage and a large output current. The S-19222xA voltage regulators feature low current consumption and high-accuracy output voltage. These regulators consist of a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit the overcurrent of the output transistor and a built-in thermal shutdown circuit to limit heat. The S-19222xA voltage regulators operate from a 3V to 36V input voltage range. These regulators are available in TO-252-5S(A), HSOP-8A, SOT-89-5, HTMSOP-8, and SOT-23-5 packages. Typical applications include constant-voltage power supply for electrical applications for vehicle interiors and constant-voltage power supply for home electric appliances.Features
