Allegro MicroSystems A1220/A1221/A1222/A1223 Hall-Effect Sensor ICs

Allegro MicroSystems A1220/A1221/A1222/A1223 Hall-Effect Sensor ICs are stress-resistant and temperature-stable devices designed for operation over extended temperature ranges up to 150°C. These sensor ICs feature superior high-temperature performance achieved by dynamic offset cancellation that reduces the residual offset voltage caused by device overmolding, temperature dependencies, and thermal stress. The Hall-effect sensor ICs come with an onboard regulator that allows operation with supply voltages of 3V to 24V. Operating down to 3V enables the device to be used in 3V applications or with additional external resistance in series with the supply pin for more excellent protection against high-voltage transient events. Typical applications include power closures/actuators, electronic power steering, BLDC motors, and fan motors.
