Amphenol SGX Sensortech PS1 Gashood Sensor
Amphenol SGX Sensortech PS1 Gashood Sensor simulates a small gas diffusion space, ideal for stable sensor operation, measurements, and calibrations. Gas flows continuously into the chamber via a flowmeter outlet or pump suction, maintaining the diffusion environment. The Amphenol SGX Sensortech PS1 is compatible with all SGX Sensortech PS1 series sensors and gas sensor modules. The sensor supports testing, calibration, and system integration involving flow or pump setups. Essential during product development, the device enables continuous testing and calibration of sensors or modules. The PS1 is also used to recalibrate gas sensors after prolonged use. When configuring systems with PS1 gas sensors or modules and a pump, the PS1 Gashood sensor is chosen to create the gas chamber in the instrument.Features
- Made of corrosion-resistant ABS material by injection molding
- Compact structure and good overall compatibility when working with the PS1 sensor
- Small volume of internal space structure, tight fit design with sensor
- When adapting the PS1 sensor, the double-sided bayonet design is utilized, which ensures the bottom does not fall off, realizes the uniform force of the top sealing ring, and guarantees air tightness
- Design of the gas path barrier prevents the target gas from directly impacting the gas sensor while allowing the measured gas to contact the gas sensor for the first time, ensuring a fast response to the gas
- Cross-sectional size of the trachea and the volume in the Gashood are precisely calculated to ensure the gas volume required for the chemical reaction of the PS1 sensor
- Can be used in series
