ams OSRAM TMF8806 Direct Time-of-Flight (dToF) Sensor

ams OSRAM TMF8806 Direct Time-of-Flight (dToF) Sensors are dToF optical distance sensor modules achieving up to 5000mm target detection distance. The TMF8806 series can operate at ultra-low power consumption using ultra-low power mode. The modules allow operation with I2C hosts with an extensive voltage range of 1.2V and 1.8V to 3.3V. The ams OSRAM TMF8806 sensors feature a single modular package with integrated VCSEL and is based on SPAD, TDC, and histogram technology.
