Analog Devices Inc. LTM4624 4A Step-Down DC/DC μModule Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTM4624 14VIN, 4A Step-Down DC/DC μModule Regulators have a high-efficiency design with an output current of 4A continuous and 5A peak. The LTM4624 supports an output voltage range of 0.6V to 5.5V and is set by a single external resistor. The μModule regulators operate at an input voltage range of 4V to 14V or 2.375V to 14V with an external bias supply.

Supply rail sequencing is supported through selectable discontinuous mode operation and output voltage tracking. Enabling a very fast transient response to line and load changes the LTM4624, uses high switching frequency and current mode control without sacrificing stability.

Overvoltage, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection are fault protection features for the DC/DC μModule regulators. SnPb (BGA) or RoHS compliant terminal finish are available for the LTM4624.
