Broadcom ACPL-33xJ Optocouplers
Broadcom ACPL-33xJ Optocouplers are fully featured, 2.5A/4.0A smart gate drive optocoupler devices capable of directly driving high-power MOSFETs or IGBTs. These devices feature rail-to-rail output with high current, integrated LED driver, active Miller clamp, high desaturation (DESAT) blanking current source, and undervoltage lockout (UVLO) feedback control circuit, providing complete cost-effective gate drive solutions for motor control and power inverter applications. Broadcom ACPL-33xJ Optocouplers are offered in a compact SOIC-16 package, ideal for space-constrained applications.Features
