Diodes Incorporated API2155X-EVB1 Evaluation Board
Diodes Inc. API2155X-EVB1 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate the dual-channel gate driver family in SO-14W/SO-16W packages. This family features 5700Vrms isolation and 4A source and 6A sink peak current, specifically designed to drive Si MOSFETs, IGBTs, and wide-bandgap (WBG) devices like SiC and GaN transistors.
The Diodes Inc. API2155X-EVB1 Evaluation Board is equipped with three independent screw terminal blocks, dedicated to VCCI, VDDA, and VDDB respectively. For all crucial input signals, such as PWM INPUTs (INA, INB), dead-time (DT) programming, and the enable/disable function (EN/DIS), there are 3-position headers with jumpers. This setup enables designers to evaluate diverse protection functions effortlessly. Additionally, a wide range of test points is provided, which can support probing most of the API2155X's key features.
