ECS TXO53-S3 TCXO Oscillators

ECS TXO53-S3 TCXO Oscillators feature a frequency range of 10MHz to 52MHz and come in a 5mm x 3.2mm x 1.8mm ceramic package. These oscillators feature lead finish Au, MSL 1 and are PbFree/RoHS compliant. The TXO53-S3 TCXO oscillators operate at a 3.14V to 3.47V input voltage range and a -40ºC to 85ºC temperature range. These oscillators are ideally used in femtocells, nano-cell, and instrumentation applications.
