Epson M-A352 High Accuracy Three Axis Accelerometer

Epson M-A352 High Accuracy Three-Axis Accelerometer features ultra-low noise, high stability, and consumes low power using fine-processing technology for quartz. This accelerometer features 0.2μG/√Hz typical ultra-low noise, DC to 460Hz (-6dB) frequency response characteristics, and ±15G (148dB at fc = 16Hz/512Tap) high dynamic range. The M-A352 accelerometer incorporates programmable low-pass digital filters, an SPI/UART-selectable interface, and consumes 20mA typical (output data rate 200Hz) power. This accelerometer offers selectable acceleration/tilt-angle output formats and a low-jitter external trigger function for synchronous sampling. Typical applications include structural health monitors, seismic measurements, vibration control and stabilization, and motion analysis and control.
