Infineon Technologies KITLGPWRBOM013 Power Board Module
Infineon Technologies KITLGPWRBOM013 Power Board Module is equipped with 100V OptiMOS™ IPTG014N10NM5 power MOSFET. This power board is an Insulated Metal Substrate (IMS) PCB that helps to dissipate heat and provides great dielectric strength against high voltages. The KITLGPWRBOM013 module serves as a single half-bridge with power and gate drive interconnections, to enable easy buildup of any half-bridge-based power topology. The variations of the power board employ the OptiMOS™ FD power MOSFETs to perform in terms of parallelization and thermal behavior. This KITLGPWRBOM013 power board is the basic building block of the modular platform and is available in TO-Leaded with Gullwing (TOLG) package. The KITLGPWRBOM013 board is used in prototyping forklifts, BPA BLDC motor drives, cordless power tools, and Low Emission Vehicles (LEVs) like low-speed cars, e-scooters, and golf cars.Features
