Littelfuse 5.0SMDJ-FB TVS Diodes are designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events. These diodes feature 5000W peak pulse power capability at 10/1000μs waveform, 300A peak forward surge current, and low dynamic resistance. The 5.0SMDJ-FB TVS diodes are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, VCC bus, and other vulnerable circuits used in telecom, computer, industrial, and consumer electronic applications.
