Littelfuse AK10-FB Axial Leaded TVS Diodes

Littelfuse AK10-FB Axial Leaded TVS Diodes are designed to meet the severe surge-test environment for both AC and DC line-protection applications. These diodes feature a very fast response and ultra-low clamping characteristics as compared to Metal Oxide Varistors (MOVs). The AK10-FB TVS diodes maintain any voltage rise due to increased current conduction at a minimum magnitude, providing the best possible protection level. These diodes offer a 10kA current rating and are capable of both reflow and wave soldering. The AK10-FB TVS diodes provide a glass-passivated junction and are RoHS compliant.

Features

  • Controlled Foldback technology for superior clamping performance
  • Both reflow and wave soldering capable
