Nexperia BAV99QB and BAV99QB-Q High-Speed Switching Diodes are ideal for applications requiring fast switching performance. The Nexperia BAV99QB and BAV99QB-Q diodes are in ultra-small DFN1110D-3 (SOT8015, JEDEC MO340-BA) surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic packages. The diodes feature visible and solderable side pads for easy installation. With a high switching speed of trr ≤ 4ns, low leakage current, and a reverse voltage of VR ≤ 90V, these diodes ensure efficient operation.
