Nuvoton M484 NuMicro® USB HS OTG Series Microcontrollers

Nuvoton M484 NuMicro® USB HS OTG Series Microcontrollers (MCUs) are low-power and high-performance MCUs powered by Arm® Cortex®-M4F core with DSP extension. These MCUs are integrated with two sets of USB 2.0 interfaces with op-chip full speed and high-speed OTG PHY. The M484 MCUs include a built-in secure protection ROM that provides a safe space for saving confidential programs or data. These MCUs feature 512KB/256KB zero-wait state Flash memory and 160KB/96KB RAM, including 32KB external SPI Flash cache.

The M484 MCUs come with two quadrature encoder interfaces and two 24-bit 3-channel capture timer/counter units. These MCUs operate from 1.8V to 3.6V voltage range and -40°C to 105°C temperature range. The M484 MCUs are used in USB adapter and USB sensor hub applications.
