NXP Semiconductors i.MX-RT1040 Crossover MCUs

NXP Semiconductors i.MX-RT1040 Crossover MCUs are designed to deliver high performance and real-time processing capabilities, making the MCUs ideal for industrial and IoT applications. Powered by the Arm® Cortex®-M7 core running at up to 600MHz, these MCUs offer robust processing power with low (as low as 20ns) latency response times. The devices feature 1MB of on-chip RAM, configurable as Tightly-Coupled Memory (TCM) or general-purpose memory, and support a wide range of connectivity interfaces, including UART, SPI, I2C, USB, and CAN. Additionally, the i.MX-RT1040 family supports advanced multimedia capabilities with a 2D graphics acceleration engine and an LCD display controller, making it suitable for graphical user interfaces and enhanced human-machine interactions.

The NXP i.MX-RT1040 Crossover MCUs are supported by a comprehensive developer ecosystem featuring the MCUXpresso ecosystem for an optimal microcontroller design experience. The ecosystem includes an SDK, a choice of IDEs, and secure provisioning/configuration tools to enable rapid development.
