onsemi NCP176 LDO Voltage Regulators
onsemi NCP176 LDO Voltage Regulators are fast transient response low voltage 500mA LDO regulators. The input voltage ranges from 1.4V to 5.5V and output voltage ranges from 0.7V to 3.6V. onsemi NCP176 LDO Voltage Regulators are Lead-free and feature over-current and thermal shutdown protection.

- 60µA (typical) quiescent current
- 130mV (typical) dropout at 500mA (VOUT is 2.5V)
- ±0.8% (VOUT > 1.8V) output voltage accuracy

- +165°C thermal shutdown protection
- With (NCP176A) and without (NCP176B) output discharge function
- Available in XDFN6 1.2mm x 0.4mm package
