Qorvo QPF5002 Multi-die Front-End Module
Qorvo QPF5002 Multi-die Front-End Module is designed for 8.5-10.5GHz X-Band applications. The FEM integrates a T/R switch, limiter, low-noise amplifier, and power amplifier. Transmit power is 2W saturated, and receiver noise figure is 2.1 dB. The module is lead free and RoHS compliant.
