Renesas Electronics RA6E1 32-Bit Microcontroller Group features a high-performance 200MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 core along with a highly-optimized feature set. These MCUs feature up to 1MB Code Flash memory with dual-bank, background and SWAP operation, 8KB Data Flash memory, and 256KB SRAM with Parity. These highly integrated devices include a wide range of connectivity options, including Ethernet with integrated MAC, USB 2.0 Full-Speed, SPI and Quad SPI, I2C, and CAN 2.0B. The RA6E1 MCUs also incorporate Arm TrustZone® security and safety features along with a 12-bit A/D Converter (ADC12) and a 12-bit D/A Converter (DAC12).
The RA6E1 MCUs are built on a highly efficient 40nm process and are supported by an open and flexible ecosystem concept, called Flexible Software Package (FSP), using FreeRTOS as a base. These devices are suitable for IoT applications requiring many connectivity options, large embedded RAM, 200MHz performance, and low power consumption.
The Renesas Electronics RA6E1 MCUs are offered in scalable QFN-48, LQFP-64, and LQFP-100 packages with a -40℃ to +85℃ operating temperature range.
