ROHM Semiconductor BD5250G-1TR Voltage Detector (Reset) IC

ROHM Semiconductor BD5250G-1TR Voltage Detector (Reset) IC is a free-time delay setting CMOS detector IC with an N-channel open drain output type. This IC detects a 0.9V to 5V voltage range with 0.1V increments and operates at a maximum temperature of 85°C. The BD5250G-1TR IC features Nano Energy™, ±30% time delay accuracy, 270nA typical ultra-low current consumption, and 70mA output current. This detector IC is available in the SSOP5 package and 2.90mm x 2.80mm x 1.25mm dimensions. The BD5250G-1TR IC is used in consumer devices that require voltage detection.
