Texas Instruments TLV321x 40ns Push-Pull Comparator
Texas Instruments TLV321x 40ns Push-Pull Comparator offers an ideal speed-to-power combination, featuring a 40ns propagation delay and a 1.8V to 5V supply voltage range. The TLV3211 features a quiescent supply current of only 40µA per channel, rail-to-rail inputs, and a fast response time. The push-pull output stage can sink and source large currents for symmetrical rise and fall times and quickly drive capacitive loads such as MOSFET gates. The Power-On Reset (POR) feature holds the output in a known state until the minimum supply voltage is reached, preventing output transients during system power-up and power-down. Additional features include low offset voltage and large output drive current, making this single-channel high-speed comparator suitable for current sensing, zero-cross detection, and other applications where speed is critical. Applications for the TI TLV321x 40ns push-pull comparator include motor drives, appliances, and factory automation and control.
