Silicon Labs EFR32MG26 Multiprotocol Wireless System-on-Chips (SoCs) offer high-performance 2.4GHz RF, low current consumption, and an AI/ML hardware accelerator. These SoCs feature Secure Vault™ technology that ensures they are smart, robust, energy-efficient products that are secure from remote and local cyber attacks. The Arm® Cortex®-M33 runs up to 78MHz with up to 3200kB of flash and up to 512kB of RAM, enabling complex applications and offering headroom for Matter over Thread. Silicon Labs EFR32MG26 Multiprotocol Wireless SoCs are suitable for gateways, hubs, LED lighting, switches, glass-break detection, and predictive maintenance.
