TE Connectivity's (TE) AMPSEAL 16 Connectors with MATE-AX Coaxial Terminals feature easy-to-use and flexible designs that utilize widely available automotive-standard coaxial cable. These connectors deliver analog signals up to 6GHz and digital data transmission to reliably connect antennas, cameras, sensors, and displays within heavy-duty commercial and industrial vehicles. TE AMPSEAL 16 connectors feature a wide range of communication protocols, including APIX 2/3, FPD Link III, GMSL 2/3, GNSS, GPS, 4G, and LTE. Typical applications include radar/LiDAR, camera systems, telemetry units, infotainment, antennas, V2X, and ADAS.

- Locking connector position assurance (CPA) latch and primary latch reinforcement (PLR) help confirm contact positioning and avoid misalignment
- Integrated family seal helps eliminate use of expensive heat shrink tubing and saves time
