TE Connectivity CCS1 & CCS2 Box-Mount High-Power Charging Inlets
TE Connectivity's (TE) CCS1 and CCS2 HIVONEX Box-Mount High-Power Charging Inlets enable higher-power charging for trucks, buses, and other industrial and commercial vehicles. The box-mount architecture of these TE charging inlets simplifies system design and helps to ensure ruggedness and reliability. Key features include simplified assembly with direct busbar connection, rugged performance for harsh environments, high-power capability, and multiple AC charging options. THE CCS1 and CCS2 charging inlets are capable of up to 500A DC continuous charging at 1000V and optional AC charging up to 80A (one-phase) for CCS1 and 63A (three-phase) for CCS2. These TE high-power charging inlets are modular, allowing users to customize the product to specific requirements.
