Texas Instruments ADC16DX370 Evaluation Module

Texas Instruments ADC16DX370EVM Evaluation Module (EVM) is used to evaluate the ADC16DX370. The ADC16DX370 is a low-power, 16-bit, 370MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with a buffered analog input and outputs. It features a JESD204B interface operating at up to 7.4Gb/s. The evaluation module has transformer-coupled analog inputs to accommodate various signal sources and frequencies. An LMK04828 is placed on the EVM and can be optionally configured to provide an ultra-low-jitter ADC Device clock and SYSREF for a complete JESD204B subclass 1 clocking solution. The Texas Instruments ADC16DX370 and LMK04828 are controlled through an easy-to-use software GUI to enable quick configuration for various uses.
