Texas Instruments DLP4621-Q1 DLP® Automotive DMD
Texas Instruments DLP4621-Q1 DLP® Automotive Digital Micromirror Device (DMD) is a DMD for automotive exterior lighting. When combined with the TPS99001-Q1 system management and illumination controller and DLPC231-Q1 DMD controller, this device can achieve high-resolution, high-performance headlight systems. The 2:1 aspect ratio of the device supports a very wide aspect ratio design. The 0.9MP resolution enables adaptive driving beam and high-resolution symbol projection applications. With industry-leading laser and LED technology, the DLP4621-Q1 optical throughput is optimized to maximize lumens. The DLP4621-Q1 automotive DMD micromirror array is configured for bottom illumination. This feature enables highly efficient and more compact optical engine designs. The Texas Instruments DLP4621-Q1 device is available in a panel package for optimized system cost. The package has low thermal resistance to the DMD array to enable efficient thermal solutions.
