Toshiba 7UL1Tx Logic Gates with Level Shifting offer a 2.3V to 3.6V operating supply voltage range and an expansive operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The 3.6V-tolerant inputs provide high-level input voltage up or down translation to the power supply voltage. Furthermore, 3.6V power-down protection is supplied to the output.
The Toshiba 7UL1Tx Logic Gates are ideal for CPUs and MPUs as the core of a system and other battery-powered electronic devices.
