Toshiba Two-Phase Bipolar Stepping Motor Drivers

Toshiba Two-Phase Bipolar Stepping Motor Drivers use a PWM chopper driver controlled by a clock input. The Toshiba two-phase bipolar stepping motor drivers are fabricated with the BiCD (Bipolar, Complementary MOS, and Double-diffused MOS) process. The bipolar stepping motor drivers are rated from 40V/2.0A to 40V/3.0A. The Toshiba motor drivers use a single VM power supply to control the stepping motor through the on-chip voltage regulator.

Features

  • BiCD process integrated monolithic IC
  • 40V/2.0A to 40V/3.0A high voltage and current ratings
  • Chopping frequency can be set externally
