Toshiba CUZ Series 56V to 75V Zener Diodes

Toshiba CUZ Series 56V to 75V Zener Diodes are silicon epitaxial planar diodes designed for overvoltage and ESD protection in compact electronic systems. These diodes feature a Zener voltage ranging from 56V to 75V (typical) and support a peak pulse power of 620W. The CUZ diodes are optimized for high reliability under demanding conditions, including high temperature, current, and voltage environments. The CUZ diodes are housed in a compact SOD-323 surface-mount package, measuring 2.5mm x 1.25mm x 0.9mm, making them ideal for space-constrained applications. These CUZ series Zener diodes are ideally used as a voltage surge protector in many applications.
