Toshiba CUZ Series 56V to 75V Zener Diodes are silicon epitaxial planar diodes designed for overvoltage and ESD protection in compact electronic systems. These diodes feature a Zener voltage ranging from 56V to 75V (typical) and support a peak pulse power of 620W. The CUZ diodes are optimized for high reliability under demanding conditions, including high temperature, current, and voltage environments.
