Toshiba RN150x Transistors

Toshiba RN150x Transistors are primarily designed for switching, inverter circuit, interface circuit, and driver circuit applications. These silicon NPN epitaxial planar transistors feature built-in bias resistors. They simplify circuit design while reducing the number of parts and manufacturing processes. Toshiba RN150x Transistors include two devices in SMV (supermini type with 5 leads) and complement the RN2501 to RN2506 series.
