Toshiba TX03 32-Bit RISC Microcontrollers

Toshiba TX03 32-Bit RISC Microcontrollers embed an Arm® Cortex®-M3 core, which provides high code density and fast interrupt response times. This is required for many real-time applications. These microcontrollers also incorporate the Toshiba-proprietary NANO FLASH™ memory. These feature high capacity and low power consumption and are ideal for real-time control. They offer the industry's highest code density and offer many features that are unique to Toshiba products.
