Vishay Semiconductors VLMRGB6122 Multi-Color PLCC-6 LEDs
Vishay Semiconductors VLMRGB6122 Multi-Color PLCC-6 LEDs were developed primarily for RGB displays and ambient lighting. The high-brightness tricolor LEDs are available in the 6-pin PLCC6 SMD package with a 120° emission feature.
The Vishay VLMRGB6122 LEDs offer separate anodes and cathodes per color within the 6-pin package, allowing individual driving of each chip in serial circuits and, thus, gapless coverage of a vast color space by additive color mixing.
The device delivers high reliability in a temperature range from -40°C to +110°C, utilizing highly suitable blue light stable package materials.
