Vishay / Sprague T22 Wet Tantalum SMD Capacitors are designed for enhanced performance and high reliability and feature a tantalum metal case with a glass-to-tantalum hermetic seal. Vishay / Sprague T22 Wet Tantalum SMD Capacitors operate over a -55°C to +85°C (to +125°C with voltage derating) temperature range and provide up to 110μF capacitance range. The series offers an increased thermal shock capability of 300 cycles and are designed for use in avionics and aerospace applications.Features
