Nexperia NPS4053 Load Switches
Nexperia NPS4053 Load Switches provide optimal performance in a compact form factor. The Nexperia NPS4053 has a voltage rating of 5.5V and a low on-resistance of 55mΩ. This switch ensures efficient power distribution while minimizing power losses. Its standout feature is the precision adjustable current limit, allowing users to tailor the output current within a wide range from 110mA to 2.5A. The NPS4053 safeguards against the excessive current draw by employing a constant-current mode, automatically limiting the output current when it surpasses the predefined threshold or encounters a short circuit.
