Qorvo QPA9822 Linear 5G High-Gain High-Drive Amplifier

Qorvo QPA9822 Linear 5G High-Gain High-Drive Amplifier is a wideband, high-gain, and high-linearity driver amplifier. QPA9822 provides a 39dB gain at 3.5GHz, achieving a P1dB of 28dBm. The amplifier is designed to handle wideband 5G NR instantaneous signal bandwidths, ideally suited for m-MIMO applications. The QPA9822 is internally matched to 50Ω over the entire operating frequency band of 3.3GHz to 4.2GHz and incorporates a fast turn function on/off through the VEN pin. Qorvo QPA9822 also has external bias control capability for linearity optimization. The QPA9822 pre-driver is housed in a 16-pin 3mm x 3mm SMT package and is footprint and pin-compatible with QPA9120, QPA9121, and QPA9122M.
