Qorvo QPL1815 Differential CATV Amplifier

Qorvo QPL1815 Differential CATV Amplifier is a GaAs (Gallium Arsenide) pHEMT (Pseudomorphic High-Electron-Mobility Transistor) MMIC amplifier optimized for low noise and high linearity. The QPL1815 offers a 50MHz to 1800MHz frequency range, ideal for DOCSIS 4.0 applications. A Darlington configuration is utilized for broadband performance with an on-chip active bias circuit for consistent bias current and repeatable performance. The QPL1815 contains two amplifiers used in a push-pull configuration for excellent second and third-order linearity performance.

The Qorvo QPL1815 Differential CATV Amplifier is offered in an 8-pin Small Outline Integrated Circuit (SOIC) package.
