ROHM Semiconductor BM60212FV-EVK001 Evaluation Board

ROHM Semiconductor BM60212FV-EVK001 Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate a BM60212FV-C driver. The BM60212FV-C IC is a high voltage high and low side driver that operates up to 1200V with the bootstrap operation. This IC provides a built-in Under-voltage Lockout (UVLO) power supply protection function at High-side floating supply voltage (V_CCA) and Low-side supply voltage (V_CCB). The BM60212FV-C IC also offers a built-in Active Miller Clamp function for gate control. The ROHM Semiconductor BM60212FV-EVK001 board is compatible with 3.3V and 5V input logic voltages. This evaluation board drives IGBT power devices for high-side and low-side on Half-Bridge applications.
