Texas Instruments LM74930Q1EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments LM74930Q1EVM Evaluation Module is designed to quickly and easily demonstrate the performance of the LM74930-Q1 ideal diode controller. The LM74930-Q1 features power path ON/OFF control, overcurrent, short-circuit, and overvoltage protection. Additionally, the device supplies a broad input supply of 4V to 65V, enabling security and control of 12V and 24V automotive battery-powered ECUs.The TI LM74930Q1EVM displays how the LM74930-Q1 controls two back-to-back N-channel power MOSFETs to mimic an ideal diode rectifier with a surge stopper, circuit breaker, and overvoltage protection.
