Vishay eSMP Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers
Vishay eSMP Surface-Mount Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are ideal for automated placement and have a low-profile package. These devices offer a low-forward voltage drop and low-power losses amd meet MSL level 1, per J-STD-020, with an LF maximum peak of 260°C. Vishay eSMP rectifiers are available in a smaller DO-219AB (SMF) package. These rectifiers are ideal for a variety of applications, including high-frequency inverters, DC/DC converters, and other automotive and commercial applications.
