TSC1641 60V 16-Bit High-Precision Power Monitor

STMicroelectronics TSC1641 60V 16-Bit High-Precision Power Monitor is a versatile analog front-end (AFE) with high-precision monitoring capabilities. The STMicroelectronics TSC1641 can synchronize current monitoring through a shunt resistor and voltage monitoring up to 60V. Current measurement is adaptable for high-side, low-side, and bidirectional use. This device features a 16-bit dual-channel ADC with programmable conversion times ranging from 128µs to 32.7ms. Its digital bus interface offers flexibility, supporting data rates from 1MHz for I2C/SMbus to 12.5MHz for MIPI I3C, facilitating compatibility with various STM32 products. The TSC1641 enables the configuration of alert thresholds for voltage, current, power, and temperature, each in a specific register. It is packaged in a plastic DFN10 format and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
