TSS2 Low-Noise Bypass Amplifiers

Mini-Circuits TSS2 Low-Noise Bypass Amplifiers are created using E-pHEMT technology within a 2mm x 2mm 8-lead QFN-style package. The amplifiers feature a wide 500MHz to 5000MHz frequency range and very fast bypass switching. The TSS2 series has minimal external matching components. Mini-Circuits TSS2 Low-Noise Bypass Amplifiers offer a low noise figure, high gain rating, and high IP3 rating. The amplifiers provide improved input and output loss, which is ideal for 5G MIMO, back-haul radio systems, test/measurement equipment, radar, electronic warfare (EW), electronic content management (ECM), and defense system applications.
