Infineon Technologies EVAL1EDSICPFC5KWTOBO1 Evaluation Board is a high-efficiency solution designed for power factor correction (PFC) applications. This 5kW interleaved totem pole PFC board features the 650V CoolSiC™ MOSFET and the EiceDRIVER™ 1ED21271S65F with integrated overcurrent protection (OCP). Operating in Continuous Conduction Mode (CCM), the board achieves an efficiency of 98.7% at half load (2.5kW). The board is optimized for applications requiring robust performance and reliability, such as HVAC systems and general-purpose drivers. With a fixed 400V output DC voltage and peak current limit of 50A, the board ensures stable operation under varying conditions. The Infineon EVAL1EDSICPFC5KWTOBO1 is equipped with advanced digital control via the Infineon XMC™ 4200 series microcontroller, making it a versatile tool for evaluating and measuring characteristic curves during the design-in process.Features
