Renesas / Dialog RRW2111x GaN System-in-Packages (SiPs) are 700V GaN integrated primary side QR flyback regulators for 25W/45W/65W applications. These devices eliminate opto and many components that increase reliability for industrial and appliance applications. The RRW2111x GaN SiPs feature built-in single-point fault protection against AC line voltage brown-in and brown-out, output short-circuit, output overvoltage, and optocoupler failure. These devices include a patented digital control that achieves accurate <3% voltage and current sensing with PrimAccurate™ for consistent performance and system reliability. Typical applications include low-power adapters, industrial control/automation, building automation, home appliances, medical power supply, networking, PoE, metering, and power tools.
